Registration is limited to 8 teams per age group. Participation is not guaranteed until the entry fee is paid in full. After 8 teams have registered in a division, additional teams can register on a waitlist. If one of the first 8 teams drops out, we will contact waitlisted teams in order of registration.
Accepted payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, Electronic bank transfer via Dwolla, or Check.
Cancellation requests must be sent by email to the tournament director. Full refunds will be issued for requests recorded by May 15 (less a $15 administrative fee if you paid by credit card). Cancellation requests recorded after May 15 will incur a $100 administrative fee.
