The Spring Recreational program is the foundation of Livermore Girls Softball Association (LGSA). This program is designed to give each player the chance to play softball within the spring season. Our Recreational program is here to give your daughter the chance to learn the sport, have some fun and hopefully find a love for the game. This Recreational program runs only in the Spring from February to May. Teams are coached by a volunteer parent head coach. Practices start in February, with our Opening Day at the beginning of March.

Spring Recreation vs Spring Interleague (IL):
What is Interleague?
- Interleague (IL) is a program that competes at a higher level than our recreational level.
- The 10U and 12U teams will be selected from players that attend tryouts.
- The IL season will run from February - May, with practices starting in January.
- Our IL teams will play in a league format and will play other local interleague teams in the surrounding cities.
- The IL teams will also attend a few spring tournaments too. (Manager's discretion)
- If you plan to attend tryouts for the IL 10U or 12U team, please fill out the form HERE AND register for the appropriate Spring Recreational season. If your daughter makes the team, her registration will be transferred to the IL roster.
